- Lead a team of Visual Designers
- Assist in the collection of client requirements.
- Adhere and set standards and processes.
- Collaborate with other members in the pursuit of common goals, setting up a design process, and drive decisions.
- Contribute to the scope definition and phasing of project timelines.
- Design stunning visuals using participatory and iterative design techniques.
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually
- Participating as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes UX Designers, product owners, UX writers, and developers.
- Create high quality presentation decks, simple web pages, book covers, social media post and other brand collaterals.
- Work with established brand guides and improvise them.
- A Master's/bachelor's degree in design, arts or any related degree
- A great portfolio showcasing your work.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to accept feedback, re-work, and make the design better.
- Min 5 years of experience delivering visuals for social media, book covers, presentations, web pages based on guidelines set.
- Keen ability to propose designs and ideas.
- Very well-versed in using design tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Knowledge in 3D tool like Blender, Cinema 4D and video tools like After effect is a huge advantage.
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to project schedule/timelines.
- Relevant experience working in a studio environment is a bonus.
- The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment.
- You are detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- You must be a self-starter who will bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on.
- Experience setting creative direction for consumer-facing products for web and mobile.
- Organize and document multiple projects and the team's work in writing.
