Effectively source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.

Ability to understand and capture client IT specific requirements.

Perform resume searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using the Internet, referrals, networking, colleges, advertising, association memberships, trade groups, etc.

Handle the walk-in drive individually.

Create a different type of reports in excel & stakeholder mgmt

Correctly list job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.

Efficiently call applicants and perform phone screens.

Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.

Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.

Negotiate salary and benefits.

Meet established individual and team goals that will contribute to the accomplishment of the annual business plan.

Establish and maintain relationships with consultants to maintain the talent pool.

Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
