    Description

    We're seeking a Flexera and SummitAI expert with strong experience in IT operations and business-as-usual (BAU) support.

    This is a remote opportunity to join our growing team as the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for platform performance, tool configuration, and day-to-day operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary SME for Flexera & SummitAI in a BAU environment
    • Manage incidents, requests, problems, and changes related to both platforms
    • Perform system health monitoring, upgrades, patching, and compliance checks
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for tool integration and optimization
    • Provide technical support, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive continuous improvement
    • Maintain accurate documentation and support audit/compliance activities

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Flexera (FlexNet Manager Suite)
    • 4+ years of working with SummitAI modules (Incident, Change, CMDB, Knowledge Management)
    • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks
    • Proven track record in IT Operations / BAU support
    • Solid communication and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • ITIL v3/v4 Certification
    • Flexera or SummitAI certifications
    • Enterprise IT environment or Managed Service Provider (MSP) exposure
    • Experience with integrations (e.g., SCCM, ServiceNow, CMDBs)
