We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator with 2–4 years of experience in the recruitment process. This role involves managing end-to-end coordination across sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling, while working closely with hiring managers under tight timelines.

• This includes sourcing candidates through various job portals, databases, social platforms, and referrals; posting job openings on relevant job boards and monitoring applicant flow;
• screening and shortlisting resumes based on JD fitment, role requirements, and stakeholder expectations; coordinating interviews across multiple rounds with candidates and internal stakeholders;
