Responsibilities and Duties:

• end-to-end solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in application delivery and microservices architecture.
• troubleshooting efforts for UAT and production issues, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure prompt resolution and prevent recurrence.
• comprehensive Technical Design Documents to guide development teams and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous improvement.
• directly with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) process to streamline development and deployment pipelines.
• your experience with SQL Server or Postgres to design and optimize database solutions, including views, procedures, and data modelling.
• Azure PaaS services such as FunctionApps, APIM, and LogicApps to guide team build scalable and resilient cloud solutions.
• skill in .NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework to develop robust backend systems.
• willing to explore different technological landscapes to drive delivery.
• UML to model complex systems and processes, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Primary Key Skill Set:

• years of Proven experience in project/application delivery, technical architecture, and troubleshooting.
• with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• of Agile methodologies
• understanding of microservices architecture and its challenges.
• experience with SQL Server or Postgres, including views, procedures, and data modelling.
• in preparing Technical Design Documents and conducting Root Cause Analysis.
• with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools.
• communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and manage teams.
• in managing and mentoring technical teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• problem-solving skills and a willingness to explore and adapt to new technologies.

Desirable Key Skill Set:

• of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET)
• in .NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, and web development technologies.

Experience with Azure PaaS services and cloud-native development.
