    Lead QualityEngineer

    Overview:

    TheLead Quality Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the qualityand reliability of products through the development implementationand management of quality assurance processes. This position isessential in driving continuous improvement initiatives andmaintaining compliance with qualitystandards.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Lead thedevelopment and implementation of quality assurance strategies andprocesses.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to establish and enforce quality standards andprocedures.
    • Conduct quality audits andassessments to identify areas forimprovement.
    • Provide guidance and support toquality assurance team members.
    • Develop andmaintain quality metrics and reports to drivedecisionmaking.
    • Manage the investigation andresolution of quality issues andnonconformances.
    • Lead and contribute to rootcause analysis and corrective actioninitiatives.
    • Implement and maintain testingtools and technologies to support qualityobjectives.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements and industry standards.
    • Drivecontinuous improvement through process optimization and efficiencyenhancements.
    • Participate in risk managementactivities and develop mitigationstrategies.
    • Conduct training and workshops onquality principles and best practices.
    • Lead andsupport qualityrelated projectinitiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trendsand advancements in qualitymanagement.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inEngineering Computer Science or relatedfield.
    • 5 years of experience in qualityassurance and testing roles.
    • Proven leadershipexperience in a quality engineeringcapacity.
    • Demonstrated expertise in qualitymanagement systems and methodologies.
    • Strongknowledge of testing tools andtechnologies.
    • Exceptional problemsolving andanalytical skills.
    • Excellent understanding ofregulatory requirements and qualitystandards.
    • Ability to drive process improvementand change management initiatives.
    • Outstandingcommunication and interpersonalabilities.
    • Certifications such as Six SigmaLean or Quality Management are aplus.
    • Experience in the development andimplementation of quality metrics andKPIs.
    • Proficiency in risk management and rootcause analysis techniques.
    • Ability to mentorand coach quality assurance teammembers.
    • Thorough understanding of softwaredevelopment lifecycle and agilemethodologies.
    • Strong focus on customersatisfaction and productquality.
