Role & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and execute campaigns for internal audiences and for eClerx social media handles

• Design immersive presentations, emailers, brochures, posters and social media posts to keep our audiences engaged and informed

• Manage a variety of different projects and work within strict timelines

• Work in tandem with the internal communications team to solve design issues and enhance design standards at every opportunity

• Stay updated with design trends, new concepts and engaging styles through in-depth research

• Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, vendors and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of projects

Technical and Functional Skills:

• 5+ years of art direction and/or design experience at a design, advertising or internal comms agency

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent professional experience

• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, along with knowledge of basic design principles

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

• A team player with a proactive, customer-focused approach

• Illustration, motion, and/or multimedia skills are a plus
