Position Name: SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Location: Chennai, India

Experience: 4+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days joiners

Position Description:

Require a SAP CRM Functional resource with around 4 to 8 years experience, to carry out the following responsibilities;

. Provide solution delivery and production support for SAP CRM Mktg and Sales business application

. Design solutions in SAP CRM including marketing and service campaigns

. Create user stories and tasks in Rally tool

. Adhere to Incident Management process for providing production support

. Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues

. Create and validate production support related documentations.

. Responsible for technical co-ordination with technical team

. Effectively communicate with customer, completes action items on a timely basis and escalate to relevant stakeholders, wherever required

. Responsible for meeting production support targets.

. Adhere to appropriate security and control processes

. Perform initial analysis for application enhancements

. Effectively communicates with the customer on a day to day basis, resolves action items and escalate issues to the relevant stake holders on need basis
