Job Title: Lead SAP Engineer

Location: Bangalore/Pune

Experience: 8-15 years

The role holder is responsible for gaining the Trust and Respect of Product owners and senior leadership while delivering solutions that best fit the business goals and objectives. The overall objective of this role is to be an integral part of the Procurement Team working on the SAP Fieldglass application as well as other Procurement applications like Ariba, Concur, and VIM ensuring smooth end-to-end business processes using industry standards and best practices to help achieve Organization vision.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with Procurement Product owners to understand the business and technical requirements, contribute to the development of the product roadmap, develop high-level design, and lead the development of select modules for the applications to meet business requirements in the Procurement Business area (Fieldglass/Ariba/Concur/VIM).
• Subject Matter Expert on Fieldglass modules – SOW, Contingent Worker, and Profile Worker along with Reporting Capabilities
• Hands-on experience in Fieldglass Configuration Manager Activities, Customizing the application based on business requirements, ability to configure business workflows
• A very good understanding of SAP Applications – Ariba/MM, Concur and Vendor Invoice
• Management
• Integration Knowledge and understanding of the business processes of SAP Fieldglass with other ERP Solutions like SAP ECC or S/4 HANA for PO integration and Invoice Integration
• Build relationships with the business team, assist in helping to identify and resolve Technical challenges or Process gaps with the best industry-standard solutions.
• Ability to contribute to the continuous development of self and other team members Technical/business acumen
• Assist in the management and delivery of Large/Medium/Small size projects
• Participate in internal/cross-functional discussions, Agile team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, specifications, and technical reviews for assigned modules in an Agile environment
• Apply knowledge of technology application methodologies processes and tools to support Business requirements, reduce complexity, and Process Optimization

Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 Years of working experience in all SAP Fieldglass modules along with a good understanding of SAP Ariba, Concur, and VIM Business processes with integrations to other ERPs.
• Knowledge of all Fieldglass Modules, Fieldglass system Integrations, Data flows, and Connectors.
• Knowledge of Configuration manager roles and activities.
• Knowledge of system bugs, issue identification, and resolution.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks like Agile and SCRUM
