• Design and develop enterpriselevel Pega applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead and mentor junior Pega developers, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Pega Platform.
• Configure Pega application rules, including case types, data models, decision rules, UI designs, and integrations.
• Implement Pega application security measures, including access control, authentication, and data encryption.
• Lead Pega application deployment activities, including migration across environments and release management.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance activities to ensure highquality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega Platform features, capabilities, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Pega CSSA/LSA certification is required.
• 5+ years of handson experience in Pega application development, configuration, and customization.
• Strong proficiency in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) platform, including Case Management, Decision Management, and User Interface development.
• Expertise in Pega application design principles, application layering, and rule resolution.
• Indepth knowledge of Pega integration capabilities, including SOAP, REST, and JMS.
