    Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management across all commercial excellence projects for the CT's Catalyst business.
  • Regularly review the project schedule and progress against stated targets, with Project & Workstream Leads
  • Respectfully hold all CT commercial Project & Work Stream Managers to account to meet the project goals that they are responsible for
  • Contribute to the creation of communications and/or change management, to retain engagement of key stakeholders throughout the lifetime of the project.
  • Highlight opportunities for any additional/new commercial excellence initiatives that occur while performing the role.
  • Own and support the creation of all commercial procedure for the improvement of the business with support from other functions. Example: CT Catalyst Playbook, Contract Approvals Process and Procedures.

    • Requirements for the role:

  • Degree most likely in a scientific or technical discipline and deep understanding of the CT Commercial Businesses
  • Previous experience of working globally and remotely and five years of experience in project management
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills – able to work across functions, geographies, and cultures
  • Experience in best practice identification and implementation
  • Stakeholder management
  • Risk identification & mitigation
