    We are seeking an accomplished Head of Global B2B Sales to drive international sales across 70+ countries.

    This strategic leadership role will focus on expanding global partnerships, scaling revenue, and strengthening market presence in the herbal extraction and food ingredients sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute global B2B sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue.
    • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships across international markets.
    • Revenue & P&L Ownership: Drive profitability and sustainable business growth.
    • Client & Partner Engagement: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the food ingredients and natural extracts industry.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing global sales team.
    • Industry Positioning: Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Education: MBA in Marketing (BTech + MBA preferred).
    • Experience: 15+ years in B2B sales, preferably in food ingredients and herbal extraction.
    • Global Expertise: Proven experience managing international sales across multiple markets.
    • Leadership: Strong track record in leading sales teams and distributor networks.
    • Results-Driven: Ability to execute complex sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
    • Age Limit: Preferred up to 50 years.
