    Your Mission

    UiPath is seeking a creative and innovative project manager with extensive experience in B2B sales organizations. As a member of the Next-gen Sales Play global program reporting directly to the Next-gen Sales Play Leader, this role serves as a project manager within the newly established Next-gen Plays global program, managing the creation and execution of targeted sales plays. Next-gen Plays are a top strategic initiative within UiPath, aiming to accelerate growth via repeatable, integrated, data-driven sales & marketing efforts. Strong candidates will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks across cross-functional teams, and skills to drive execution.

    The goal for the Next-gen Plays team is to create and manage the Next-gen Plays global program, a world-class sales program that will: (1) develop and scale UiPath pipeline; (2)generate new revenue by selling to both existing customers and new logos globally; (3) establish a repeatable sales system that can scale to other regions of UiPath.

    The Next-gen Sales Plays Project Manager will work collaboratively with teams that span sales enablement, sales operations, and marketing to develop and execute effective sales plays. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, building Next-gen Sales Plays, and ensuring effective execution of the plays after launch.

    What you'll do at UiPath

  • Oversee the creation of Next-gen Plays, ensuring alignment with sales, company goals, and program objectives
  • Work closely with sales leaders, marketing, and sales enablement teams to develop effective sales plays and execute them successfully across the globe
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks across plays to meet deadlines
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales messaging, collateral, and training materials
  • Host daily and weekly meetings throughout the play to ensure that all team members are aligned and executing on the play
  • Ensure timely development of bill-of-materials (BOM) assets
  • Monitor and report on the success of Next-gen Plays and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve Next-gen Plays processes and drive efficiency
  • What you'll bring to the team

    Must have skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in high performing sales organizations with at least 2 years as a project manager.
  • Ideal candidates will have both operational and field sales experience.
  • Strong hands-on working knowledge SFDC and any of the Business Intelligence Tools ( Tableau, PowerBI, Data warehouse).
  • Expertise in advanced excel and Reporting skills, Business Presentations, Data interpretation, and Data analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful sales campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Innovative mindset that demonstrates a high level of imagination and creativity to solve complex organization and process issues.
  • Cross-functional expertise to architect and execute on an integrated Next-gen Sales Play.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of UiPath products and services.
