Job Description Generating newleads Consolidating reports of daytodaysales activities of therespective zone
Coordinating with Factory Managers Sales and Logistic teamon
the subject of new enquiries/ orders and dispatcheson a daily
basis.
Generating sales enquiriessending quotations preparing
Performainvoices
Sending order acceptance to the customers afterreviewing the
orders in accordance with quotation& technical documents
submitted &negotiated.
Maintains a current knowledge of marketactivities including
competitive products pricing andpolicies product
specifications and possible newproducts. Communicates this
information to management ona regular basis.
Supports sales efforts support regionaland global sales efforts.
Managing all the salesrelatedactivities of the company.
Good knowledge of tenderwork Sending quotation
Sending the Order Acknowledgementmentioning the tentative
delivery dates
Organized and possesses a high level of administration abilityto
effectively manage paperwork.
Store andsort financial and nonfinancial data in electronic form
and present them as and when required in MIS form.
Coordinating with customers for pre and postdispatch
formalities.
Follow up for payment as per agreedterms
Coordinating for Tender relateddocumentation
Utilize company resources to develop afiling system that keeps
all active sales filesavailable digitally and in hard copyform.
