    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded TCoE Program Director to lead Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) program for our customers. The TCoE Program Director will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan that aligns with the overall business objectives. This role involves providing leadership and direction to the QA delivery team, including test managers, analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the TCoE that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.

    2. Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to the QA delivery team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

    3. Testing Standards and Processes: Define and enforce testing standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all testing projects.

    4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing processes and projects, ensuring minimal impact on the software development lifecycle.

    5. Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of testing activities and report on these metrics regularly to stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    Proven experience in a leadership role within a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) or similar environment.

    Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

    Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Experience in defining and enforcing testing standards, processes, and best practices.

    Proficiency in risk management techniques and strategies.

    Ability to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess testing effectiveness.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
