    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role within the tech industry.
    Strong understanding of various technical roles and technologies (e.g., software development, data science, IT).
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
    Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
