Role: Tele Caller

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce them to consultancy services discuss the higher education plans and understand their needs and preferences.
2. Regularly follow up with interested students answer any queries and guide them to appropriate team member.
3. Schedule appointment with counselor for personalized counseling sessions.
4. Maintain record of calls made responses received and status of each lead.
5. Strive to meet or exceed assigned targets by converting leads into clients who decided or having plans for their abroad studies.
6. Should be able to work on target assigned.
7. Work closely with other team members.

Preferred candidate profile

candidates with tele calling experience are Highly preferred.
