Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong delivery background to guide and enable high-performing Agile teams.Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews/Demos Sprint Retrospectives PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums Lead and support story refinement splitting estimation pointing to foster predictable team velocity Coach teams on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products business value Foster a collaborative psychologically safe environment that enables high team performance Identify track remove impediments blockers by coordinating with other Scrum Masters teams stakeholders Monitor track team metrics take corrective actions drive continuous improvement Document maintain team working agreements Gain a high-level understanding of the product(s) technology supported by the team within the first 90 days Support Agile Coach or RTE with Agile assessments PI events Product & Agile workshops/training Elevate team performance through continuous coaching metrics-driven insights improvement initiatives Identify Agile anti-patterns address them proactively propose creative solutions eliminate them Share learnings challenges best practices within the Scrum Master Community of Practice Support multiple normal-sized Agile teams assessing current practices implementing improvements where applicable Lead
Ageless Assessments facilitate Product & Ageless workshops training sessions Mentor serve as role model for other Scrum Masters Evaluate improve ART-level Ageless practices collaboration RTEs leadership
