Responsibilities

• 1.Manage end to end operation for the company
• 2.Serve as initial point of contact
• 3.Manage employee records and ensure all HR databases are accurately maintained and up to date
• 4.Assist in performance management process,including conducting performance reviews and provide support for employee development initiatives.
• 5.Handle on boarding phases of the recruitment cycle.
• 6.Maintain commitment to employment rules and regulations while implementing HR policies and procedures. 7. Work together with the heads of departments to determine what needs to be trained on and create professional development initiatives.
• 8.Prepare offer letters for new hires,interview organisation,candidate sourcing through various channels,resume screening and applicant tracking.
• 9.Develop structure and operating procedure to streamline the HR process.

Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree in human resources or related field.

2-4 years of overall experience

Excellent communication skill in english.Both oral and written

Experience in maintaining documentations

excellent client managing skill.
