Overview: Cimton Sweets and Toffees seeks a detail-oriented Manufacturing Intern in Bhiwandi. Gain hands-on experience in SOP creation, time studies, process improvement, vendor analysis, maintenance scheduling, and more.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. SOPs: Develop and document SOPs for consistent quality
2. Time Studies: Analyze production efficiency
3. Process Improvement: Optimize productivity and reduce waste
4. Vendor Analysis: Assess new vendors for cost-effectiveness
5. Maintenance Scheduling: Ensure smooth operations
6. Additional Projects: Support data analysis, inventory management, etc.
Requirements:
1. Pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
2. Strong analytical and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving skills
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
