Job Summary:
As an Infor WFM Administrator/Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance, and support of the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) software within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Infor WFM Implementation:
Participate in the planning and implementation of Infor WFM software, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with other HR systems
System Maintenance:
Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance
User Support:
Provide support to end-users, including training, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of Infor WFM-related problems
Data Analysis:
Analyze workforce data and generate reports to support decision-making processes, such as labor forecasting, scheduling optimization, and compliance monitoring
Compliance:
Ensure that the Infor WFM system is configured to comply with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies
Documentation:
Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures
