Head of PROJECTS with More than 15 Years of experience in site execution of Interior FITOUTS / INTERIOR DESIGN & BUILD Firm.

FOLLOWING ARE THE DETAILS :

Objective:

To oversee and enhance project efficiency, project delivery, and profitability of INTERIOR FIT-OUTS / INTERIOR DESIGN & BUILD projects across India, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from initiation to completion, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents, ensuring clear and timely communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Estimate resource requirements and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, providing progress reports and presentations as necessary.
• Identify and resolve issues within the project team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and availability.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities, managing project dependencies and critical paths effectively.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, fostering accountability and positive action.
• Build and nurture business relationships critical to project success.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, providing recommendations for improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

• Project Delivery: On-time completion rate of projects.
• Budget Management: Percentage of projects completed within budget.
• Client Satisfaction: Net Promoter Score (NPS) or client satisfaction surveys.
• Operational Efficiency: Reduction in project initiation to completion time.
• Profitability: Increase in weekly billing cycle from 50 lakhs to 4 crores.
• Team Performance: Employee retention rates, productivity measures, and satisfaction levels.
• Quality Control: Number of defects or compliance issues post-project completion.
• Client Complaint Resolution: Percentage of complaints resolved within 48 hours.

Mission:

To lead INTERIOR FIT-OUTS / INTERIOR DESIGN & BUILD projects with excellence, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, while expanding our project portfolio across India.

Outcomes :

• Achieve a WEEKLY project billing of Rs. 4 crores within next 6 months
• Ensure 100% client complaint resolution within 48 hours.
• Maintain a project on-time delivery rate of 95% or above.
• Ensure project profitability and operational efficiency, improving the bottom line.

SALARY : Rs. 1 lac to Rs. 1.25 lac per month
