- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead with a focus on Service Cloud implementations.
- Develop and maintain robust Customer Community portals for seamless interaction between customers and your organization.
- Hands on Experience in Service Cloud features like Case Management,Case Routing,Live Agent,Omni-Channel,and Knowledge Base to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge in Live agent webchats,Role-based permissions,Team collaboration systems,Community Cloud integration,Service-level agreements (SLA) with visual timelines.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the organization to drive successful implementation of Service Cloud solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and manage data migration and integration processes.
- Work closely with Salesforce Architects and other technical teams to support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, and contributing to the development of best practices and standards for the Salesforce platform.
