- Are a recent graduate with a postgraduate degree in Business Management, Math, Sociology, Economics, or equivalent background.
- Have outstanding academic achievement with at least a first class
- Strong proficiency with MS Office tools
- Have had at least 2 years experience with ed-tech, skills development, teaching, assessment design, learning management systems, learning content design.
- Have quality verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong problem-solving skills, a demonstrated aptitude for dealing with complexity, continuous learning, and an eye for detail.
- Some knowledge of learning management systems is a plus; ability/willingness to learn new tech tools if not already skilled

A consultant is Techmantu's junior role, and a means for graduates with some experience to make a career in one of Techmantu's Practice Areas. Techmantu Consulting practices comprises generalists with a good understanding of technology, media and business. Our consultants closely work with client teams to build and run solutions to help them succeed in their business objectives.
Techmantu Skilling is our latest practice area and helps social enterprises, educational institutions and similar learning centered organizations with their digital learning content and technology needs.

Techmantu offers industry standard pay-packages. Techmantu Consultants are required to attend the 5-week long Techmantu BootCamp aimed at providing the foundational skills and knowledge to be effective in their jobs. Consultants will continue, on the job, to work on developing their skills and knowledge under the mentorship and guidance of a Consulting Manager.
