Job Summary:

As a Java Developer at (Your Company Name), you will be a key contributor to our software development projects.

Your expertise in Java, Spring (or Spring Boot), Microservices, Kafka, and React will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:
Design, code, test, and maintain software applications using Java and associated technologies

Microservices Development:
Develop and maintain microservices-based applications that are scalable, resilient, and efficient

Front-End Development:
Collaborate with front-end developers to build user interfaces using React

Kafka Integration:
Integrate Kafka for event-driven communication and data streaming within the applications

Code Reviews:
Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

Troubleshooting:
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, identify and fix software defects, and optimize application performance

Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions

Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation related to software design, implementation, and deployment

Security and Compliance:
Ensure that software development follows security and compliance best practices

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven 4+ experience as a Java Developer with expertise in

Java, Spring (or Spring Boot), Microservices, Kafka, and React.
Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with front-end technologies such as

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
