3. Interview Preparation: Preparing students for visa interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing tips.
4. Compliance: Ensuring that all visa applications meet the requirements of the respective countries and advising students on how to maintain compliance.
5. Client Communication: Maintaining regular communication with students and their families, updating them on the progress of their visa application.
6. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, and visa offices to stay updated with the latest information.
7. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all visa applications and related communications.
8. Updates and Changes: Keeping abreast of changes in visa regulations and policies and advising students accordingly.
9. Problem Solving: Assisting students in resolving any issues or challenges related to their visa application.
10. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for students throughout the visa application process.
