    We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that communicate our brand message effectively across various media platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design compelling visuals and printing materials for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, advertising materials, presentations, brochures, and other promotional items.
    • Develop unique concepts and execute them effectively, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and campaign objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to produce cohesive and on-brand visual content.
    • Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all visual communications.
    • Evaluate designs to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone.
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
    • Gather requirements from stakeholders, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback to improve final deliverables.
    • Prepare and package artwork for production, including pre-press and digital file preparation.
    • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
    • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media.
    • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
    • Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback to achieve design goals.
    • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Proficient in video editing and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
