Job Description for SAP HCM Payroll:

Requirements:

Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in SAP HCM with S/4 HANA expertise.

SAP HCM certification is mandatory.

Prior experience working on Government/PSU projects is required.

Willingness to work from the client's location is essential.

Proficiency in SAP integration, particularly with MM & FICO modules.

Demonstrated experience in at least 4-5 end-to-end Indian implementations involving Payroll & Time Management.

Strong understanding and exposure to WRICEF objects and F.S creation.

Excellent proficiency in both English and Hindi communication.

Familiarity with third-party integrations with SAP HCM, such as Biometrics.

In-depth knowledge of Indian Payroll regulations and statutory requirements.

Flexibility to work from the office as needed.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in configuring PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules).

Expertise in configuring payroll tables.

Understanding of wage type characteristics including Processing and Cumulation classes.

Experience in configuring payroll postings.

Knowledge of statutory Infotypes.

Ability to configure payslips.

Proficiency in generating statutory reports.
