Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure supporting our advanced management solutions. This role is critical for ensuring the efficient operation and reliability of our systems, which rely on sophisticated networking, data management, and server management practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both cloud (AWS and Azure) and local server environments, providing comprehensive support across all aspects of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain local and cloud-based server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of network configurations, including troubleshooting and resolving any network-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and manage security protocols to safeguard all data and IT resources.
• Provide end-to-end technical support for management system, addressing any issues related to software, hardware, or networking.
• Implement and maintain data backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability across multiple storage platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy new applications and updates to existing applications in both AWS and Azure environments.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with the latest industry standards and security practices.
• Document technical procedures and system logs to ensure a clear record of system performance and maintenance activities.
• Train staff and users on new technologies and system updates, enhancing overall system usability and efficiency.
• Stay current with technological advancements and best practices in cloud computing, networking, and data management to continually improve system operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or system administration, particularly in logistics or smart technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including hands-on experience managing cloud services and resources.
• Experience with server management, both local and cloud-based, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networking principles, including configuration, optimization, and security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve technical issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of explaining complex systems in clear terms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, Cisco, or similar technologies are highly desirable.
