    Job PurposeAcuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.


    Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting our clients on multiple industries including Infrastructure, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy Transitionpitch books, Information memorandum (IMs), industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.

    project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure "high client satisfaction"client independently on calls and e-mailsresponsibilities include:the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research productshigh quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deckDemonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment


    Key CompetenciesMBA/ CFA/ CA2-6 years of experience in the Investment banking / Private Equity roleExperience of working Investment banking projects, including:Pitch book / IM support and company profilesMacro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industriesDetailed financial analysisBespoke qualitative researchTarget identification, Trading and Transaction compsBenchmarking, Ratio analysisKnowledge on Infrastructure sector / infrastructure projects in an investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firmof working on financial models for Infrastructure projects would be an added advantageanalytical and statistical skills to assess and understand project investment structures, government regulations/ policies and industry, to prepare models and related assumptionscandidate should be self-starter and should be able to work independentlywritten and spoken communication skillsMS Office skills – MS Excel should excellent along with proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
