    Field Marketing Member – South Asia

    We are seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing Member to drive go-to-market initiatives for Finacle in the South Asia region. This role will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing plans to support demand generation, ABM, brand visibility, and deal pursuit success.

    The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end event planning, B2B marketing, digital marketing channels, and marketing automation tools. They will also possess high-impact English communication skills, presentation skills, and content curation capabilities.

    This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product, pre-sales, and alliances. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market demand, opportunities, and customer profiles in the South Asia region.

    Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and drive multi-channel marketing plans to support demand generation, ABM, brand visibility, and deal pursuit success.
    • Create opportunities for thought leadership and drive media engagement.
    • Create/curate region-specific content assets aligned to regional marketing needs.
    • Understand typical customer profiles and target markets, and build market and competition intelligence.
    • Support customer advocacy initiatives, including identifying opportunities for building case studies from customers.
    • Monitor, measure, and publish outcomes of marketing programs periodically.
    • Support central marketing activities, events, and programs.

    Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in event planning and management.
    • B2B marketing experience for demand generation and brand awareness.
    • Practical knowledge across contemporary digital marketing channels and marketing automation tools.
    • High-impact English communication skills and presentation skills.
    • Able to build collaborative partnerships and work in a matrixed environment.
