This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is full-time and based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their HR needs, and provide them with tailored solutions.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to understand clients' HR needs and provide appropriate solutions
    • Knowledge of HR software and solutions is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Willingness to travel to client locations as required

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients
