Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
• Content Oversight: Collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve performance targets.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
