We achieve this by selling affordable, high-quality family planning and safe abortion product through over 100,000 pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and markets across the country. Janani was established in 1995 and is an affiliate of DKT International, the largest provider of family planning in the world.

    We are seeking manager with strong financial acumen.

    Assistant Manager – Finance

    Reporting to – Director Finance

    Location -- New Delhi

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Ensuring proper Books of Accounts are maintained
    • Finalization of Balance Sheet and Its Statutory Audit
    • Preparation of Monthly, Annual Budget, MIS, Cash Flow
    • Procurement of commodities, medicines & other regular office items
    • Coordination and conclusion of Statutory & Internal Audit with no or minimum objections/adverse observations
    • Responding to audit memos & preparing ATR for audit observations
    • Review books, regular closing of accounts, Reconciliation and Presentation of Financial Performances etc.
    • Monthly and Quarterly Compliances TDS / GST / Returns etc.
    • Coordination with Bank, Third Parties and Vertical heads related to Finance.
    • Asset management in excel / Software
    • Any other work as and when assigned by the Finance Director

    Expected Skillset

    1. Proven 5 to 10 of work experience in finance & accounting preferably in a NGO/Trading organisation
    2. Strong problem solving & coordination skills
    3. Good at monitoring compliances
    4. Good flair for data analysis & reporting
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    6. Excellent communication skills
    7. Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
    8. Good knowledge of procurement process and inventory management

    Qualifications

    Educational Qualification/Experience – CA/ICMA – Inter with minimum 5 years of experience or CA/ICWA with 2 years of experience

    Desirable – Experience in procurement of commodities, consumables & office goods & services

    Candidates from NGO/Social sectors are encouraged to apply and will be preferred.
