    Description
    SAP HCM Consultant with minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM including implementation and application support. Projects experience in a variety of industry environments.

    Candidates should have one or more areas of expertise in the following position responsibilities and requirements area:

    functional analysis, requirements definition and SAP HCM module configuration and other team members and user groups to solve business problems with available technologies.


    Requirements:
    Experience in

    SAP HCM including PA, OM, Benefits (US), Payroll (US)

    , Time Management and Portal (ESS/MSS)of cloud solutions and its integration with on premise develop functional requirements specifications, technical specifications and setting of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of business solutionswith Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as MS Azureof and experience in an IT Service Management System (preferably ServiceNow) and Testing tool - HP ALM.Oral and written communication skills
