    Role:
    Talent Acquisition -Enabling Function/LeadershipExperience: 8-15 yrsLocation: Work From Office : Andheri (E), MumbaiWork Days : Monday to Friday. (No remote Working)

    Mandatory Requirement:
    Strong recruitment experience with mid-senior level hiring from IT services SectorStrong networking and researching capability

    Responsibilities:
    Work closely with both Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand requirements and the right type of candidates to source.
    Source and interact with potential candidates on Social Media, Job Portals and Professional Groups and Forums etc (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, GitHub)Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)Support and manage daily deliverables in a fast-paced and time-bound environment.


    Candidate Requirements:


    8-12 years of experience in sourcing Enabling Function/Leadership Positions from IT services industryPrior Experiance in recruiting for US,UK,Middle East, locations.

    Proven experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in an in-house recruitment team.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

    Previous experience with recruitment consulting will be preferred
