    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Leading sales conversations with the prospective clients.
    • Manage multiple projects at the same time and having extensive capabilities to keep the projects and deliverables on time.
    • Moving the prospective clients from Active to Contracting.
    • To liaison with the senior management and plan strategy to meet the required tie ups with the team across programs.
    • Maintain all new processes and promote all marketing programs to optimize growth.
    • Develop and maintain professional contacts with clients.
    • Manage all communication with internal teams and provide support to all marketing updates to regional teams.
    • Commercialization plans for new products when required. Competent strategic and analytical capabilities.
    • Competent expert product knowledge along with market insights.
    • Lead the team with a hand-on approach to source Client alliances and fulfill the team targets and deadlines.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Relevant experience of 8+ years of Business Development, Team Management.
    • Excellent Communication skills.
    • Previous experience of team management is imperative.
    • Demonstrated successful project management skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and obsessive attention to details.
    • Must be able to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
    • Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner
    • Continuous improvement and process orientation.
