    To support the Product Management team by working with sales, engineering, quality, Marcom, demand/production planning, and manufacturing under the guidance of the Product Manager to ensure project commitments are met, communicate customer requirements internally, and support the cross-functional team.

    What You Will Do

    Support the development and implementation of the Product Manager business plans by gathering relevant market information, working with cross-functional team to verify objectives are being met, provide input on opportunities to improve and/or expand on the existing product strategy.

    Track pipeline growth, customer wins, and maintain RPM & Navigator system.

    Proficiency in leveraging data & metrics that will support product manager in making informed decisions & continuously optimize product performance.

    Collaborate with cross functional team including engineering, project management, production etc. to facilitate communication & ensure alignment on project goals & timelines.

    Develop compelling marketing materials such as product collateral, presentations, website content to efficiently communicate product feature & benefits

    Coordinate cross functional efforts to execute product launches including marketing, sales & customer support activities.

    Collaborate with product managers to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with product goals & company objectives.

    Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, learn quickly & iterate on product strategies & features.

    Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    • Ability to clearly understand market dynamics & customer needs.
    • Clear understanding of product life cycle.
    • Open to work in a challenging Environment.
    • Able to prioritize work efficiently.
    • Able to quickly learn & adapt.

    Candidate with strong business vision is preferred.

    What Will Put You Ahead

    REQUIRED:

    • 1+ Years of experience within the high speed datacom or equivalent market.
    • or 2+ Years of experience within electro/mechanical components industry.

    PREFERRED:

    • Technical background (electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing).
    • Data engineer, Sales, marketing ,customer service etc.

    Skills & Abilities

    REQUIRED:

    • Organized and forward thinking.
    • Problem solving.
    • Effective verbal & written communication.
    • Adaptability & learning Agility.
    • Techno-functional skill.
    • Basic understanding of Financial Acumen.
    • Interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external contacts.

    PREFERRED:

    • Basic SAP Experience.
    • Data Visualization & Statistical Analysis.
    • Experience In Manufacturing industry is preferred.
