Job Description :
Collaborate with tax team to understand their requirements, including local, state, and central government regulations for multiple geographies.

Design or Architect the Workday system i.e. preparation of WD Workbook to accommodate specific tax workflows, rule sets, rates for the covered jurisdictions.

• Undertake designing and implementation of tax reports. If required assist in integration of Workday with 3rd party tax compliance solutions for invoicing and preparation and filling of tax returns.
• Work with crossfunctional teams, including HR, payroll, finance, and IT, to integrate taxrelated processes within the Workday system.

Implement data flows and validations between different modules to ensure accurate tax calculations and reporting.

• Handle Workday taxability matrix and system enablement for all required tax workflows.
• Assist in development of reports for managing internal and external tax audits.
• Work with cross functional groups within the company to understand the tax impact of business operations and ensure tax needs are implemented in the Workday system by the technical team.
• Work closely with the tax team of the company to implement the company's tax strategy in the workday.
• Manage outsourced 3rd party service providers to ensure Workday deliveries and support required by the tax team.

Skills:

• Proven experience in Workday finance module implementation and management for multiple jurisdictions, preferably within consulting environment.
• Understanding of Workday platform, including finance module and in addition taxrelated modules and configurations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and implement complex tax laws and regulations from Workday perspective.
• WD finance module Certification is a must;
