- Sales support: Leverage your chemistry and materials background to support the sales process with the Chemical/Material science industry veterans, technical and business stakeholders. Help to build custom, domain-relevant software demonstrations, engage with potential and existing clients to understand their research workflows, and objectives.
- Technical Consultation: Understand customer's domain and customize the Albert Platform's technical features/capabilities to values driven by the customer's pain points and solutions.
- Software Solution: Work closely with our customer success and software/product development team to tailor our LIMS/ELN/AI software to client-specific needs.
- Presales Projects: Execute short-term AI projects with customers within tight deadlines by implementing Albert's platform, overcoming any technical hurdles while keeping an eye on what is most valuable to the customer.
- Technical Support: Provide first-level support for pre-sales team, addressing technical issues and queries related to the functionality of our software.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of trends in the specialty chemicals research domain to anticipate client needs and influence product features, and keep on top of the latest trends in ML/AI applications in chemicals.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Specialty Chemicals Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in specialty chemicals research.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong programming background, preferably in Python, Javascript, or other relevant languages. AI/ML experience a plus.
- Strong Communication: Ability to convey technical details which provide value to customers in a clear and concise manner, including to a non-technical audience.
- Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
