    We seek an experienced HR Operations professional to join our client's team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be vital in managing and improving our HR processes and procedures. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field
    • 4-6 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
    • Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
    • Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, attendance management, leave management, and employee data maintenance
    • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR inquiries
    • Develop and implement HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
    • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement
    • Assist in the design and delivery of HR training programs
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to existing HR processes
    • Support the HR Manager in various HR initiatives and projects
