Our client is a leading player in the consumer durables industry. They are looking to hire a Lead - Technology based out of their R&D center in Mumbai.

Job Description

Reporting to the VP - R&D, the position will be responsible for:Identifying emerging technologies, materials, and trends in HVAC and related industriesLeading a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and researchers to foster a culture of innovationEvaluating and Implementing Cutting-Edge TechnologyManaging the execution of innovative projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metProtecting and managing intellectual property through patents and other meansAssessing the risks associated with technology development and establishing mitigation plans to ensure project success and compliance with industry regulations

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate is an engineer ( preferred) with 14+ years of experience in the R&D space. They should have hands-on experience in evaluating technologies and implementing them in the product portfolios.

They should have knowledge of the various emerging technologies and should have worked in innovation centers or with institutions where technology implementation happens.

They should have strong analytical and communication skills.
