    Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional Consultant

    We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle Fusion HCM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (3-20 years) in the technical and functional aspects of Human Capital Management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for various modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefits, and HR Help Desk.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and provide recommendations on the best course of action.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3-20 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant role.
    • Expertise in HCM Modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, and HR Help Desk.
    • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
    • Strong knowledge of Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM.
    • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools, such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop best practices for effective techno-functional support.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
    • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
    • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.

    Work Environment:

    The ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad, Gurgaon, or work from home/remotely. Early joiners are preferable.
