    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for SAP professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for SAP professionals.
    • SAP Module Expertise: Focus on recruiting talent for specific SAP modules, such as SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP MM, and others.
    • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find top SAP talent.
    • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit for the role.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT industry with a focus on SAP modules.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP modules, such as SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP MM, and others.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of successful placements.
