Skill three to six years of experience for the SSE role preferably withknowledge of salesforce monitoringtools.
Weare seeking a skilled Salesforce professional with expertise inutilizing monitoring tools tojoin our team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforceadministrationand development coupled withstrong experience in implementing and managingmonitoringtools to ensure the health andperformance of Salesforceapplications.

Implement and configure monitoring tools to track the performanceand usage ofSalesforceapplications.
Monitor system health and performance metrics and proactivelyidentify andaddressissues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define monitoringrequirements and implementmonitoringsolutions. Develop custom monitoringsolutions as needed to meet specific businessrequirements. Create and maintaindocumentation related to monitoring tools andprocesses. Provide training and support toendusers on monitoring tools and bestpractices.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering orrelated field. Minimum of 2 years ofexperience in Salesforce administration anddevelopment. Good experience in at least onemonitoring tool such as Splunk Dynatrace New RelicorAppDynamics. Strongunderstanding of Salesforce architecture andcomponents. Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce CertifiedPlatform Developer) areaplus.
