Kinaxis functional consultant and developer

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Kinaxis Functional Consultants and Developers who can join Immediately. Working with the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform, you will play a critical role in enhancing supply chain management (SCM) and operations planning processes for our clients. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and domain knowledge in SCM along with proficiency in utilizing the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform.

• Supply Chain Management (SCM) Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain concepts, including demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and logistics.
• Operations Planning: Familiarity with the processes involved in operations planning, such as capacity planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and sales and operations planning (S&OP).
• Kinaxis Rapid Response Platform: Proficiency in using Kinaxis' Rapid Response platform, including configuration, customization, and optimization of the solution to meet specific business requirements.

Technical Skills:

• For developers, expertise in programming languages and technologies commonly used with Kinaxis Rapid Response, such as:
• Java
• SQL (Structured Query Language)
• JavaScript
• XML (extensible Markup Language)
• Web services (SOAP, REST)
• Database Knowledge: Understanding of databases and data modeling concepts, as Kinaxis Rapid Response often involves working with large datasets stored in relational databases.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex supply chain data and business requirements to design effective solutions and workflows within the Kinaxis platform.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to troubleshoot technical issues and develop innovative solutions to optimize supply chain processes using the Kinaxis platform.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for both developers and functional consultants to collaborate with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and convey technical information effectively.
• Project Management: Skills in project management and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations for successful implementation and deployment of Kinaxis solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Given the dynamic nature of supply chain management and technology, a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on new Kinaxis features, industry trends, and best practices is essential for both developers and functional consultants.
