• Experience and good understanding of Diagnostics in Automotive Software Domain
• Hands on experience in concepts involving Autosar DEM,Fim, STM in automotive applications incl and not limited to failsafe/failure mangement, event handling, State Manager (STM)/Function Inhibition(FIM)
• Excellent embedded C, C/C++ programming skills
• Experience in Requirements Elicitation, Concept, Design Development and Testing
• Experience in Autosar development environment (BCT, Diamant ,ABACUS, Candela etc)
• Good knowledge of ASPICE / CMMI quality standard
• Experience in using Change management and version management tools (like ALM, DOORS, Quality Center, TestIDE etc)
• Experience in working with International /Inter-Cultural teams
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated project team and independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong debugging skills

• Analyze customer requirements, requirements from software functions and proposals
• Software design and implementation for proposed specifications
• Interface between customer project, platform and SW development team
• Follow company/project development and quality process
• Investigate issues and problem during the development, integration and post delivery phases

• Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset
• Experience with OnBoard Diagnostics (SAE J1979, SAE J19792)
• Knowledge in tools like CANalyser / CANoe, CANstress, CANDELA studio, Lauterbach
• Basic understanding of UDS communication protocol, ISO14229 etc
• Knowledge of Autosar architecture
