- Manage calendaring, travel schedule, other events, coordinating zoom calls and meeting room set up.
- Manage expenses, payments for team and investment management entities
- Manage all general administrative & operational tasks for the fund.
- Capable of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information
- Handle multiple tasks while being flexible as priorities and focus can change rapidly.
- 10+ years of EA experience supporting a C-Level executive or equivalent leadership roles at financial services firm (Private equity, investment bank or other funds)
- Previous experience in heavy calendaring, meeting preparation, and administration requirement
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and have constant change on a variety of projects
- Flexible and adaptable to work effectively in demanding and ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree required
