Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead innovative demand programs and offline campaigns, overseeing creation and execution.
• Manage marketing material creation & supervise field executives for direct marketing and lead generation.
• Effectively communicate product offers to e-rickshaw drivers and field executives through exceptional written and oral skills. Collaborate to expand marketing database and overall pipeline.
• Develop and execute initiatives for generating new leads and nurturing existing leads.
• Enhance operational processes and reporting to measure marketing program effectiveness and ROI.

Other requirements:
Possess strong project management skills to efficiently handle multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Have 4-8 years of hands-on experience in lead generation, offline marketing campaigns, and managing field sales teams.
Willingness to work from field office locations.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
