    Description

    Outpace Consulting Services is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Delivery for a leading ITES company. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, with a strong focus on meticulous planning, tracking, and financial management. You'll be the crucial liaison between clients and the delivery team, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and driving performance through effective leadership. This position emphasizes rigorous project management practices, continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Leadership & Execution: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the appropriate use of methods, tools, and techniques, and maintaining rigor in project management practices.
    • Project Records & Financials: Create and maintain essential project records including production trackers, quality trackers, and risks/issues logs. Manage project financials, billing, and P&L effectively.
    • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict compliance with organizational security and privacy policies. Analyze information security and privacy impact before implementing any changes to deliverables or processes. Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues.
    • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between the client and the delivery team. Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and manage client expectations.
    • Team Development & Coaching: Guide, instruct, and influence team performance. Consistently coach, encourage, and empower team members to build trust and achieve targets. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
    • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in existing processes through transformation, optimization, and initiatives involving Gen AI or automation.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of mandatory experience in project management.
    • Education: Graduate (Bachelor of Law / Master of Law preferred).
    • Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
    • Technical Skills: Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management tools. Should have led transformation, Gen AI, or automation initiatives for projects.
    • Behavioral Skills: Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, set clear goals, provide guidance, and demonstrate integrity. Possess excellent active listening, feedback, conflict resolution, and written/verbal communication skills. Must be willing to accept challenges and be highly dynamic.
    • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
